Isaac uses a Fender Super Six Reverb Silverface amp from the mid '70s.  He has used it both times I saw them, and in all the live pictures I have seen of them.  

Eric uses a Fender Precision bass, though I'm not sure which version of it, and he has frequently used a Rickenbacker 4003 bass.

Pedals used:  Boss DD-3 (Delay), Boss DD-5 (Delay, used for reverse delay), Boss Blues Driver, Boss Tremelo, Morley ABY Footswitch,  Boss Chromatic Tuner (Footpedal)
 
Guitars used:  Wicha, Telecaster Thinline (Semi-hollow)
 
Amps used:  2  Fender Super Six Reverb amps (Silver Face)

I saw modest mouse on sept 10. isaac was playing a brown dean flying v contraption with individual tremelos for each string. I don't know how to describe it better. he played a danelectro for a couple of plinky songs including paper thin walls.

i also think he uses string that are progressive..i don't know what there 
called but it goes like guage 11.....17......24...progressivly 1+1/2 times 
thicker....
